Features

The Devilbiss TGC 545 suction cup can be used with most siphon feed spray guns with a 3/8″ NPS connection. It has a unique two-position valve that allows the user to select either a “drip-free” spray mode or a conventional “open vent” mode. The position of the valve is indicated by aligning the hole in the valve slot with markings molded into the cover. These positions are designated “O” for open vent and “D/F” for drip-free.

Drip-Free mode
Air is directed through the vent in the lid to a channel under the lid gasket before entering the cup at the valve. This allows the cup to be tilted when full without paint dripping through the vent. The cup can also be inverted while spraying without leaking.

Open Vent mode
The open position isolates the channel and opens a direct vent to the cup.

• What is the difference between the Devilbiss TGC-545 and TLC-555?
  Both have the same 1 quart capacity and are made of aluminum. The TLC-555 has an additional non-stick coating for easier cleaning and maintenance.
