Spray Gun Weight – only 340g [12.0 oz]
The Devilbiss DV1S, made of anodized aluminium, weighs only 340 g [12.0 oz] (without gravity cup) the Devilbiss DV1S is herewith one of the lightest among the group of smart and spot repair spray guns.
Fluid Tips – from 0.7-1.2 mm
The design of the nozzle system (fluid tips) is also new. Nozzles are available in sizes from 0.7 to 1.2 mm (0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1.0, 1.2 mm). The same needle (marking: DV1-M) can be used for fluid sizes of 0.7 and 0.8 mm. Another needle (marked DV1-S) is available for the remaining sizes of 0.9, 1.0 and 1.2 mm.

Air Caps – HVLP, HVLP-Micro and HVLP Plus
Air caps are available as S2 (HVLP), M1 (HVLP Micro) and S1 (HVLP Plus): The M1 air cap has the lowest fluid flow and a pattern height of only 60 mm [2.4 in.], making it suitable for smaller areas. It is recommended that this air cap only be used with 0.7 and 0.8 mm nozzles. With a pattern size of 180-200 mm [6.3-7.0 in.], the S1 and S2 air caps are similar, but the S2 air cap has a higher air flow (air consumption) and can be considered a typical and full type HVLP air cap. The S1 air cap, which has a lower air flow, provides a slightly smoother finish. It is recommended to use both S1 and S2 air caps with nozzle sizes between 0.8 mm and 1.2 mm.
