History
Binks had been part of ITW (Illinois Tool Works) Corporation since 1987. And Finishing Brands was a division of ITW specializing in the design and manufacture of industrial finishing equipment. Companies such as Poly-Craft Systems and Maverick were also acquired by ITW. As a result, many older machines or components are labeled “ITW Poly-Craft”, “ITW Binks” or “Binks Maverick”. Binks is now owned by Carlisle Fluid Technologies.
