Sata launches jet X spray gun – World Premiere 2024
Spray gun manufacturer SATA presented its new paint spray gun, the jet X, at the Automechanika in Germany on 10.09.2024.
The spray gun in new black color comes with a redesigned fluid nozzle system and is available in three (3) different versions: digital ready (without digital air pressure gauge), with the new Adam X or Adam X Pro.
What is new on the Sata jet X spray gun?
- New nozzle system (!) with redesigned airflow system
- Adam X and X pro: The new Adam X digital air control unit displays air pressure, battery status and operating hours. And the Adam X pro goes even further, allowing you to set limits and alarms, act as a tilt control (with an optical ball indicator), and provide a range of other parameters and settings such as temperature, which can be transferred to a digital dashboard via a QR code.
- The trigger can be removed without tools and used as a wrench to remove and tighten the fluid tip.
- Air micrometer: Moved to the bottom of the spray gun and redesigned with a swivel joint for finer adjustment of incoming air.
What stays the same?
- The so-called X-nozzle system continues and is available in I-nozzle (for maximum control) and O-nozzle (for higher speed) systems, both in HVLP or RP (available nozzle sizes: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 or 1.4 mm). Whether the spray gun is an I-Nozzle or O-Nozzle system can now be seen directly on the air cap (laser marked).
